Beyond the Web Experience
I find it interesting that whenever I talk about experience design people assume I am talking about web based experiences only. An experience is the holistic perspective, everything from experiencing interfaces, websites, physical interfaces, the environment, even the smells and tastes. Within a single day I came across three seemingly un-related topics that were all tied into user experience.. or perhaps more accurately, the human experience.
The holistic customer experience is where I have been spending most of my time and energy of late. Those experiences related to researching, buying, using, seeing in action products and services. Essentially, every touchpoint a customer has with a product or service. These three resources will get your mind wandering outside of what we think of when it comes to experience design.
Online communication consulting
When it comes to online communication and consulting we’re able to evaluate or help rebuild an already existing website, offer consultancy when it comes to web strategy either for companies or certain organizations. We also handle research and development relating to active competitors as well as a thorough assistance when it comes to offer and demand.
WordPress development and customization
Because the blog is now a trendy and very powerfull communication tool, also because WordPress is one of the best and most effcient CMS platforms ever, we have a lot of requests regarding on-line projects based on the WordPress solution.
Graphic & web design
Just like a fruit is made out of a core and a peel so are most of our projects. When it comes to graphic or web design we take special care about that outer shell, wheter online or offline. We tend to divide them not only because we can but also because we feel it’s the right thing to do. Most products we conceive and design findtheir way on print. This also presumes a different set of rules from web design. There are certain times when the client either doesn’t have the means of a professional printing job or the graphic design requires special techniques. For this reason alone we make sure the entire process follows specific steps so that the final product turns out the way we planned.
